What is the Coach Certification?

The HG Institute Coach Certification consists of 2 weeks of lectures and workshops, followed by 8-10 weeks of certifying sessions. It’s based on a peer coaching model that is at the forefront of psychological research. Certification fees are subsidized for aspiring HG Coaches.

Evidence-based approach

Designed by Dr. Alok Kanojia (MD, MPH), the HG Institute Coach Certification is a NAADAC-approved program. Our curriculum has been proven to prepare coaches to effectively address the diverse range of client needs, and achieve positive outcomes in increasing feelings of self-worth and motivation, while decreasing feelings of depression and anxiety.
